For cleaners

- See jobs posted near you and send offers at your own price.
- No offer can be below £17.50 an hour in London or £15 an hour elsewhere.
- Card payments reach your bank every Friday.

Prices
For households
- The price of a clean is the cleaner's offer, shown in full before you book.
- Cleans booked from a posted job have a service fee of 10% of the cleaning price, at least £2.
- Regular cleans with your preferred cleaner have no service fee.
For cleaners
- The app is free. Clean Spaces Pro is £6.99 a month.
- Clean Spaces keeps 3% of each card payment to cover card and payout costs.
- Tips go to you in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT due.
Safety
- Every cleaner who takes card payments passes Stripe's identity check and shows an “ID checked” badge.
- Reviews come only from cleans booked and done in the app.
- Your full address and access notes reach a cleaner only after you book them.
- Either side can report or block the other in the app.
